We can arrange appointment either to visit customer’s office or customer can also visit our office to discuss the details of the case. Customer can also simply send the case to us by electronic media. The customer only needs to sign the “Collection Service Contract” and “Authorization Letter” with us, together with copies of documents related to the debt, such as statement invoices, contracts, court judgments and other supporting documents.
